In the Garden Again

I came home on Fryday and went to the garden the very next day. Lots of jobs to do but I could not wait to get dirty fingers. Liatris. Four weeks ago, I have bought 50 corms of Liatris and did not have the bed prepared to plant them so, I put them in the pots. They are all out now. And the bed is still not prepared! Well, I have lots of digging to do anyway.

I prepared the bed yesterday for sowing the swiss chard and beetroot tomorrow.

Tomatoes. They will be soon ready to transplant into the bigger pots.

The salad sown in Autumn is now ready to be picked up.

I picked up the first asparagus today.

Prunus 'Royal Burgundy' will be soon in fool bloom. Love its double pink flowers and dark red foliage.
